Prea James Bridal

Prea James Bridal is an Australian luxury bridal brand, creating gowns for the relaxed modern bride who wants something fashionable and unique for her wedding day. Having studied at the renowned Fashion Design Studio – Ultimo TAFE Sydney Institute of Fashion graduating in 2009; Founder and Designer Prea then went on to work in the Australian fashion industry before narrowing into bridal.

Prea James Bridal was founded in 2012, when Prea started creating Couture wedding gowns for brides in Sydney under the label Prea James Couture. The label has now expanded by adding a made to order collection to the name, labelled Vow by Prea James.

The Prea James studio recently moved to Wollongong on the South Coast of NSW. The complete collection of made to order gowns are available to try on at the studio, which is connected to the workroom where the gowns are all handmade by our small team of talented dressmakers. Prea also offers a custom design service for brides to have a completely made to measure wedding dress created for them. The Vow by Prea James collection is also available through our stockists.

Our aesthetic can be described as modern femininity, fashionable and youthful, with each gown having a unique romantic feel. Loving the way luxury fabrics feel on the skin, most of the gowns are finished with a silk lining, making every bride feel as elegant as she looks. Prea has a keen eye for unfaltering fit and hand finishes that add that special touch to each gown.
